1. If you are a M,W,F consistent student, add 1-2 miles, or 30-45 minute extra cardio on T,TH, and or S. That can be accomplished by running, spin, BODY STEP, BODY COMBAT, and GROUP GROOVE!
2. If you are at T, TH consitent student, Add cardio M,W,F and/or S. Same as above
3. Tru to fit in at least one yoga or BODY FLOW class a week!
